Deep Purple have released a new three-track “Splat!” single on October 23, pairing the title song from their current album with two live recordings from this summer’s Montreux Jazz Festival. An official video for the song premiered October 22 on earMUSIC’s YouTube channel.

The additional tracks are “Scriblin’ Gib’rish” and “Guinnesis,” both recorded at Montreux in 2026. The band’s release announcement identifies the performance date as July 13 and describes the recordings as previously unreleased. Amazon Music’s single listing independently confirms the three-song track list.

For fans who already own the album, those live performances are the main addition. “Scriblin’ Gib’rish” appears on SPLAT!, while the studio version of “Guinnesis” was included as a bonus track in the album’s box set.

Alongside the digital release, earMUSIC is offering collectible physical editions for preorder. According to the label’s announcement supplied through Atom Splitter PR, the CD Digisleeve is limited to 3,000 copies. A 12-inch crystal-clear vinyl edition, pressed at 180 grams and playing at 45 rpm, is limited to 2,500 copies.

SPLAT!, Deep Purple’s 24th studio album, arrived July 3 and was recorded with longtime collaborator Bob Ezrin. The title track closes the record, bringing together a concept developed by singer Ian Gillan: the end imagined as transformation beyond physical existence.

The single gives the album another spotlight as Deep Purple continue their European arena dates. Fans can find the new video, listening options and physical-edition ordering links below, with current concert information on the band’s official website.
