Storage 24 Release Powerful New Single “No Surrender”

With their new single “No Surrender”, Storage 24 are proving that modern rock still has room to evolve — and they’re doing it entirely on their own terms.

There’s something happening in Jackson, Mississippi.

Not polished. Not manufactured. Not chasing trends.

Something louder.

Storage 24 aren’t interested in fitting neatly into rock’s modern blueprint — and that’s exactly what makes them impossible to ignore.

Their new single, “No Surrender,”, doesn’t arrive quietly. It crashes through the speakers with massive guitars, pounding rhythms, and the kind of emotional honesty that hits harder than distortion ever could. But beneath the aggression sits something deeper: a song about survival.

At its core, “No Surrender” is a battle cry.

It’s about carrying old scars into new fights. It’s about-facing trauma, pressure, self-doubt, and refusing to let those things define who you become. Instead of dressing pain up in vague metaphors, Storage 24 leans directly into it, creating something personal enough to feel real and big enough to become an anthem.

And that approach mirrors the band itself.

Storage 24 describe their sound as Street Rock — a collision of hard rock energy, alternative metal weight, hip-hop attitude, and R&B soul that shouldn’t work on paper but absolutely comes alive in practice.

That unpredictability is what separates them.

You’ll hear crushing guitar tones one moment and undeniable groove the next. You’ll hear melody give way to grit, then explode back into hooks built for raised fists and packed rooms.

But ask anyone who’s seen them live and they’ll tell you: recordings only tell half the story.

Storage 24 built their reputation the old-school way — by getting on stage and leaving everything there.

Sweat. Volume. Connection.

The band doesn’t perform songs as much as they unleash them.

Frontman Phred “BP” Harley commands attention with the energy of someone who was born to be under lights. Starting his musical life in R&B before discovering rock as his true home, Harley brings charisma, emotion, and intensity in equal measure. Behind the vocals sits the mindset of a producer, songwriter, and arranger who isn’t interested in playing safe.

On guitar, Karsten J. Hilton and Randall “Randy” Brown create the sonic backbone.

Karsten’s journey spans continents and genres — from early exposure to classical and country influences to eventually finding his place in heavy music. Randy’s roots run through gospel and classic guitar-driven rock, bringing feel and experience into every note. Together, they balance precision with power.

Holding down the low end is Matt Phillips, whose path into music started young through family influence and eventually evolved into years of experience across multiple bands before helping carry the Storage 24 vision forward.

And behind it all sits drummer Bobby Rutherford — a player whose dedication and technical force provide the engine room for everything the band does. Inspired by some of heavy music’s most respected drummers, Bobby drives the band with relentless energy and control.

Together, they’ve become something more than five musicians sharing a stage.

Storage 24 feels like a band with unfinished business.

There’s ambition here.

There’s identity.

There’s a sense that they’re not trying to recreate what rock was — they’re trying to show what it can become.

And maybe that’s why “No Surrender” lands the way it does.

Because it isn’t pretending life is easy.

It isn’t offering clichés.

It’s standing in the middle of chaos and deciding to keep moving anyway.

Storage 24 isn't asking for permission. They’re turning up the volume and forcing the conversation.

When you listen to “No Surrender”, expect something loud, honest, and impossible to ignore.

This story is only getting started.
