Submission does not guarantee airplay, interviews, reviews, playlist placement, or promotional coverage.

Any broadcast use of submitted music remains subject to applicable licensing requirements and separate permissions where necessary.

5. Listener Shoutouts, Requests, and Interactive Features

The Sound 228 may provide interactive features including song requests, listener shoutouts, voting, polls, and messages.

By submitting content through these features, you authorize The Sound 228 to review, moderate, and, where appropriate, publish or broadcast your submission.

You grant The Sound 228 a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit for length or clarity, distribute, and broadcast your submitted content in connection with our station, website, app, and related promotional activities.

You confirm that your submissions do not infringe another person's rights and do not contain unlawful or abusive material.

We may decline, remove, or edit submissions at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

6. Concert Calendar and Event Information
