IGNEA Team With HIRAES Singer Britta Görtz on ‘Harmony Manufactured’
IGNEA have released “Harmony Manufactured,” a new single and video featuring HIRAES vocalist Britta Görtz, ahead of their album Monumental arriving October 23, 2026, through Napalm Records.
The collaboration pairs Görtz with IGNEA singer Helle Bohdanova on a track inspired by Bauhaus and industrial design. In the band’s announcement, Bohdanova describes the song as exploring the meeting of practical function and beauty, while the video shifts that idea toward the human body.
The guest appearance gives listeners another entry point into Monumental’s broader themes of nostalgia, memory and imagined futures. Görtz’s involvement and the October 21 video date were also discussed by Bohdanova in a recent interview with Crannk.
Monumental follows 2023’s Dreams of Lands Unseen and contains nine tracks, including “Prefab” with Combichrist. The band’s official Bandcamp listing confirms the October 23 release and credits Jacob Hansen with mixing and mastering.
According to the press announcement, much of the album was recorded in Kyiv during the winter of 2025–2026 amid freezing temperatures and extended power outages. Bohdanova wrote the lyrics, with keyboardist Yevhenii Zhytniuk composing the music alongside additional contributions from the singer.
IGNEA are also preparing for a European and UK run with Evergrey and Stellar Circuits beginning in November. For now, “Harmony Manufactured” puts the focus on the vocal partnership as the band heads into release week.
