Zebra Announces First New Album in 23 Years, ‘Zebra V,’ Arriving November 13

New Orleans rock veterans Zebra have a new chapter ready to roll. Zebra V arrives November 13, 2026, through Flatiron Recordings, marking the band’s first album of new material in 23 years. The project reunites the original lineup with producer Jack Douglas.
For Gulf Coast fans, this return carries a hometown connection. Formed in New Orleans in 1975, Zebra still features Randy Jackson, Felix Hanemann and Guy Gelso. Their rise took them from Louisiana clubs to the Long Island rock circuit, with regional radio helping build momentum for “Who’s Behind the Door?” before their major-label breakthrough.
The announced album contains 11 songs, including “Dog Day Night,” “Walk With You,” “Direction” and “Louisiana Way.” Fans can sample five brief previews through Flatiron’s official Bandcamp page while preordering the record.
