System of a Down will return to Southern California for its only North American headlining concert of 2027, playing Pasadena’s Rose Bowl Stadium on June 5 with special guest Pierce the Veil.

The show will be the band’s first appearance at the Rose Bowl. It follows a teaser campaign around Los Angeles and gives fans a major standalone date to plan around rather than a conventional North American tour.

Artist-presale registration is open through Wednesday, October 21, at 9 p.m. Pacific. The artist presale begins Friday, October 23, at 10 a.m. Pacific, followed by the general sale Monday, October 26, at 10 a.m. Pacific. For Gulf Coast fans, both ticket sales begin at noon Central.

The band’s official website notes that existing mailing-list subscribers still need to register for presale access.

The announcement arrives after System of a Down’s European stadium run and celebrations marking 25 years of Toxicity. The Rose Bowl concert also joins the band’s announced 2027 shows in Brazil, Australia and New Zealand.

For fans considering a trip from the Gulf Coast, this is a destination concert: the announcement identifies Pasadena as the band’s only North American headlining stop of the year.
